Driver Qualifications

• Class A CDL license with Hazmat Endorsement

• 2 years driving experience

• Clean driving record

• Current Medical Card

• Pre-employment Physical

• DOT Medical Examination

• DOT Drug Screening

• Reference Check

• Background Check

• Driving Record Check

• DAC ( Employment Verification History)

• Road Test
